Your tax-deductible gift of any amount makes a huge difference on Main Street!

• $10 purchases the materials needed for a routine maintenance visit.
• $25 takes care of 1 gallon of paint for unit renovation.  
• $50 provides a lock set and keys for a new Tenant.
  
• $100 sponsors one (1) month of the MSH rent credit offered to a Tenant on the waiting list for a housing voucher.
  
• $250 helps keep our Properties beautiful by purchasing materials for routine seasonal maintenance.
  
• $500 helps reduce current and future Tenants' utility bills by bringing in new, energy-efficient appliances into an older unit.

Unless specified at time of payment, incoming donations are considered unrestricted funds. This allows MSH to respond quickly and effectively to changing needs and conditions.
